What data do we collect?

Mars Hotel is a fictional demo project and sends no personal data to any server. The name and email you enter when signing up, along with the rooms you own, your gifts, donations and membership plan, are kept only in your browser's local storage (localStorage).

Your password

Your password is never stored as plain text; it is kept in your browser as a one-way hash (SHA-256). As this is a demo, we recommend not using a password you use anywhere in real life.

Payments

Every payment step on the site is a simulation. No card details are requested, stored or processed, and no money is taken from your account.

Deleting your data

Signing out from your dashboard ends your session. To delete all of your data, simply clear this site's data in your browser.
